Cute property in a quiet neighborhood close to the Milano Central Station. So convenient to the train station, the grocery store and neighborhood restaurants. Breakfast was good and the staff was so nice. Open daily at 7 AM, it was easy to order a cappuccino, a hot tea or a pot of hot chocolate. Lots of options which changed slightly each of the three mornings of our stay. The croissants were delicious. Loved the little bowls for jam and honey. The fig and cherry jams were delicious. Nice to have fresh fruit, cheeses, eggs and vegetables to start the day. Corn for breakfast? It was so fresh and tasty. The homemade cakes weren't too sweet and paired well with the hot cocoa or coffee. The rooms were large for a European hotel. The bed was comfortable. The lights and electricity were controlled with a chip from the room key. The bathroom had a shower, toilet and a bidet. We had three rooms on the second floor. Our room was quite cool at night, but that could be because it was 50F outside. Didn't eat at the hotel restaurant, but it looked cute. The views of the rooftops and the sun setting over Milano was so nice. Grazie Mille for a nice stay.

The fresh raw vegetables were great to have with the scrambled eggs. So healthy and reflective of excellent Mediterranean fresh food! The variety of breakfast foods: yoghurt, porridge, meats, cheeses were excellent. I liked how the menu had a bit of variation with the spinach pie one day & then sandwiches with cheese salami etc the next day. The coffee was well presented hot with perfect flavour! We found the breakfast staff very friendly helpful and efficient. The staff cleaning our rooms were also incredibly helpful. We were impressed by everyone’s friendliness and desire to do a great job! Many thanks to all! Wish we knew all your names to let you know personally! Absolutely loved the fresh flowers: hydrangeas gladioli in the vases in the lobby. So beautiful I took photos of them.

This is a very beautiful and authentic hotel with a rich history, marble hallways, and elegant furniture. It has undergone renovations, so everything looks very well-maintained and dignified. It’s a hotel for those who appreciate true Milanese charm — a bit old-fashioned, yet full of character and very comfortable to stay in. The breakfast is delightful, with crisp white tablecloths and classic fine china, adding to the timeless atmosphere. Yet, all of this comes at a reasonable price, mainly because the hotel’s location is currently not considered particularly upscale. I would compare it to the Grand Hotel Milan — the interiors are almost on the same level, but the price is five times lower. I personally love this hotel and stay here regularly.

Staff very accommodating and friendly. We arrived early after travelling through the night from Singapore. We arrived at the hotel at 0830. Front Office Staff took our suitcases and placed in stowage, in case we wanted to go to a cafe etc and advised of the hotel facilities. One room ready at 0930 and the other room by 1100. Very much appreciated! Way before published time of 1400. Front Office staff friendly and efficient. Cleaning staff and wait staff were super friendly and attentive. Lovely breakfast dining area on first level. Breakfast was plentiful and friendly/supportive wait staff. Will definitely use this hotel when coming back to Milan.

Fabolous location, only 5 minutes walk from Centrale so there's no extra metro stops if coming in from the airport. Very quiet at night, got a full night's sleep each time! Can sink into the pillows at night, very comfy! Monsoon shower in the bathroom with working hot and cold water. Thermostat in the room that was a real life-saver during the night in the summer weather. Good wide-ranging continental breakfast as well! Lima shopping district only a 10 minute walk away and 5 mins walk from M3 / M2 Metro. One of the best hotels I've stayed in over the last few years. Would definitely recommend if staying in Milan.
