We enjoyed our stay overall here. The hotel is quite traditional as far as decor and there is a comfortable lobby where you can sit. Early check-in was not available as many current guests had late check-outs, so we did have to wait a bit, after an early arrival in Milan. You can store your luggage and go exploring, which was nice. There is an elevator/lift in the building. The room was very clean and quite large by European standards, with daily housekeeping service. The bathroom was huge with all of the amenities you would need, including bath slippers. It was a bit warm and humid in the bathroom as there was no air conditioning in there, but the main room itself was cool. Breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were friendly and attentive. There is room service available from the hotel restaurant, which was quite good. The location to Central Station can't be beat- only a 5 mins walk, which will get you anywhere you want to go in Milan via metro. There is also a Carrefour Express grocery store, 5 mins walk away. This is a safe and comfortable choice for a stay in Milan, close to public transportation and away from the bustling touristy areas.

Staff very accommodating and friendly. We arrived early after travelling through the night from Singapore. We arrived at the hotel at 0830. Front Office Staff took our suitcases and placed in stowage, in case we wanted to go to a cafe etc and advised of the hotel facilities. One room ready at 0930 and the other room by 1100. Very much appreciated! Way before published time of 1400. Front Office staff friendly and efficient. Cleaning staff and wait staff were super friendly and attentive. Lovely breakfast dining area on first level. Breakfast was plentiful and friendly/supportive wait staff. Will definitely use this hotel when coming back to Milan.

Excellent: Location. Being near the main train station (Milan Centrale) was very important; Andreola Central is no more than a 10 minute walk from it. Excellent: Breakfast. Lots of choice, hot and cold, sweet and savory. My wife prefers savory; I prefer sweet. We both were happy. I especially liked the cream-filled croissants; top bakery quality. We had to checkout 45 minutes before the 7 a.m. breakfast opening and Team Andreola even provided us with a breakfast bag to go. What a nice touch! Room: For an older (classic) hotel, it was spacious, especially the bathroom. And clean.

We chose this hotel as it was about a block from the train station. The hotel and our room were beautifully furnished, our room spacious and bed comfortable. An excellent buffet breakfast was included and the restaurant was also excellent for dinner and the staff at both friendly and professional. There are a number of restaurants (mostly Indian) within a block r two for greater choice. . We would recommend this hotel.

My reccomendation Osteria Papa Nicola :) shopping street Buenos Aires also very close. Hotel itself was quite good, clean, I liked that room had big bathroom.
